Recent Reviews About Finicity

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Well right now I'm working from home so it's fantastic. When we were all in the office it was noisy and confusing at times. There's a LOT of conversations going on all the time and it gets confusing and difficult to work sometimes.

Answer from Finance Dept.

Teams are willing to help other teams for the collective strategy. It is not a one team feels superior to the other.

Answer from Operations Dept.

People are friendly. Some in leadership have ego trips and feel threatened and push personal agendas on the company which creates a toxic environment, but overall they are good at what they do and to date these agendas haven't stalled company progress. The annual trip needs to go, it's just politics

Answer from Operations Dept.

Everyone has been very knowledgable and friendly. We work well together and get things done.

Answer from Product Dept.

I feel a sense of comradely. There is no open sense of competition to thwart others. We're all in this together and often credit goes to teams not individuals.
