Well right now I'm working from home so it's fantastic. When we were all in the office it was noisy and confusing at times. There's a LOT of conversations going on all the time and it gets confusing and difficult to work sometimes.

People are friendly. Some in leadership have ego trips and feel threatened and push personal agendas on the company which creates a toxic environment, but overall they are good at what they do and to date these agendas haven't stalled company progress. Respect and support from each of team members. We understand that we can all be successful together and individually.
Everyone has been very knowledgable and friendly. We work well together and get things done.
I feel a sense of comradely. There is no open sense of competition to thwart others. We're all in this together and often credit goes to teams not individuals.
