Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I've worked there for over 9 years and have mastered many of the tasks, but my base salary has barely increased.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse, intelligent, and mission driven

They are collaborative and respectful
The collaboration on my team makes it easier to get work done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Executives actually care about their employees.
Every one tries to help each other and there is very little back stabbing

What did you like most about the interview process?
The director was challenging towards my resume, but also did not give me a chance to explain my previous experiences and even described some aspects on my resume as "being pathetic like working a minimum wage at a restaurant". Ended the interview early and left. I take professionalism seriously.
I interviewed nine years ago, so things may have changed, but it seemed very fair.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Imagine it is tough to filter through resumes that are quite exaggerated
What makes you most happy at work?
The work flow and absence of workplace pressure.
