The director was challenging towards my resume, but also did not give me a chance to explain my previous experiences and even described some aspects on my resume as "being pathetic like working a minimum wage at a restaurant". Ended the interview early and left. I take professionalism seriously.
I interviewed nine years ago, so things may have changed, but it seemed very fair.
Imagine it is tough to filter through resumes that are quite exaggerated
