The director was challenging towards my resume, but also did not give me a chance to explain my previous experiences and even described some aspects on my resume as "being pathetic like working a minimum wage at a restaurant". Ended the interview early and left. I take professionalism seriously.

  • I think it depends on what office you work out of. I was extremely challenged. More so based on the volume of work and prioritizing than the tasks themselves.

  • Raises happen annually at the same time for everyone. It is not done based on your anniversary date. Raises are also given with promotions. Good Luck!
