How's the work pace at FINRA?
It depends on your office. The type and volume of work I was given required a very fast paced turn around.
How challenged are you at FINRA?
I think it depends on what office you work out of. I was extremely challenged. More so based on the volume of work and prioritizing than the tasks themselves.
How often do raises happen at FINRA?
Raises happen annually at the same time for everyone. It is not done based on your anniversary date. Raises are also given with promotions. Good Luck!
How are your site examination results reviewed by your immediate supervisor. Are member input sought as a matter of routine and how much time is spent by the immediate supervisor before being submitted for review to issue a disposition letter
