I'm overall positive about it. There are good points and bad points, such as raises are very minimal. But overall, I really don't have much to complain about.
The director was challenging towards my resume, but also did not give me a chance to explain my previous experiences and even described some aspects on my resume as "being pathetic like working a minimum wage at a restaurant". Ended the interview early and left. I take professionalism seriously.
