What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are some of the hardest working people I know!
Getting to make a difference and have a big impact on the company and others. Continuing to learn and grow and have amazing mentors along the way.
I get to create opportunities that help others learn, grow and develop. It's extremely gratifying to me. I have support to be strategic in my role and work with folks I otherwise wouldn't have exposure to had I chose to work at a large corporation. I can see the value I bring to the team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat employees better. Everyone does a little of everything so nothing gets done.
