What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Career growth and learning opportunities for those that are young and hungry. Motivated individuals who go above and beyond, dedicate time to getting to know their crossfunc parters and leaders will be rewarded.

The culture is very open and collaborative. Anyone can Slack the CEO and ask a question and he will respond. Inclusive environment, great people and tons of learning!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Economy is just bad right now.
