Firework has been such an amazing experience. Some of the most intelligent, hardest working, down to Earth people who truly care about building something amazing together. Product is incredible. Lots of room for taking ownership, learning and growth.

Unmatched learning experience. A workplace with supportive, knowledgeable and solution oriented colleagues. The opportunity to grow, work cross-functionally and execute new projects from 0 to 1 is tremendous. Hard work ethic, ability to operate independently, no ego, willingness to learn is required

Great professional growth opportunity and to be part of an engaged and next generation team

There's a healthy mix of tenure and previous experience (variety of industries). Many of them are personable and easily accessible, but are overworked so experience with them varies. Only area for improvement would be diversity of thought and representation. Bias frequently drives decision making.

Hands-on and extremely hard working.

They keep us all inspired to be our best selves, empower us and aren't scared to get in the weeds and work side by side with us. Also they are just good people. I feel like that is rare these days.

This leadership team's dedication, passion, industry/domain expertise is very impressive. Their use of networks has helped grow the team 100% in 6-7 months. They're extremely disciplined and team-oriented.

The culture is very open and collaborative. Anyone can Slack the CEO and ask a question and he will respond. Inclusive environment, great people and tons of learning!

Economy is just bad right now.
