There's a healthy mix of tenure and previous experience (variety of industries). Many of them are personable and easily accessible, but are overworked so experience with them varies. Only area for improvement would be diversity of thought and representation. Bias frequently drives decision making.
Hands-on and extremely hard working.
They keep us all inspired to be our best selves, empower us and aren't scared to get in the weeds and work side by side with us. Also they are just good people. I feel like that is rare these days.
This leadership team's dedication, passion, industry/domain expertise is very impressive. Their use of networks has helped grow the team 100% in 6-7 months. They're extremely disciplined and team-oriented.
They are very approachable, listen to what I have to say, have been in these types of roles before, and have a good vision and direction.
Strong EQ, collaborative, open to feedback, honest, high integrity. Good experience.
They are transparent and accessible.
Being productive with their time and not just micromanaging.
