What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly paid, I don't have complaints about compensation.

401K match is at 6%
9% 401k match if you stay until end of year.
It is fair for the work that is supposed to be done. Insufficient if you take into account the career stagnation.
Pay is kept at market norms. I feel very fairly compensated.
the bank stays very competitive to the industry, PTO is 4+ weeks starting out plus all the federal holidays, AND 1 full day paid for volunteering, and 2 days of school function time for my kiddos. 401k matching is great as well. And bank just started a reimbursement program for wellness costs.

As a family controlled bank our compensation structure is slightly different than our publicly traded peers but I think our leadership works hard to stay competitive with overall compensation.
