They are clueless and treat employees like numbers as opposed to basing their pay on one's quality of work.
They promised me to have a good raise every year when I got hired. But it was not true. The company increased 2%, which is even less than the inflation.
Growth is available but the work is beyond shat you are paid for
The raises are not fair for the amount of work that is asked of you and given. The raises should not be based on a percentage for hourly associates. Depending on the years of service an title should depend on the percentage. The highest of 3% is nothing
