The benefits is very affordable .

Salary is competitive and benefits are decent.

The company helps cover cell phone and mileage if you are an associate who needs to use these for work purposes. The company also invests in training and development which is paid for along with many other soft benefits.

Opportunity for bonuses and raises. Hard work does not go unnoticed, and is compensated accordingly.

It's fair but could use work on the raise factor. Raises are given out few and far between

Seeing I'm the only one on call 24/7/365. 4 hours overtime for any emergency calls would be great

They are clueless and treat employees like numbers as opposed to basing their pay on one's quality of work.

They promised me to have a good raise every year when I got hired. But it was not true. The company increased 2%, which is even less than the inflation.

Growth is available but the work is beyond shat you are paid for

The raises are not fair for the amount of work that is asked of you and given. The raises should not be based on a percentage for hourly associates. Depending on the years of service an title should depend on the percentage. The highest of 3% is nothing
