Reevaluate general manager, assistant, general manager, and friend of general manager from another company, which is food and beverage Director if he isn't on vacation in Hawaii again,

There is no effective system to measure people's performance. Every year people make some goals and try to reach the goals. But no one cares about the results. It is just a show-off.
