What needs to change to make the company culture better?Less american centric. Unless you are in washington then your points of view fall on deaf ears. They need to understand that its not a SAAS business and to recognise the nuance associated with running a multi faceted information services business and implement multiple GTM STRATEGIES
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company seems to have no high level strategy for its acquisitions and streamlining different products and services, resulting in redundancies that could reduce unreasonable workloads if addressed.
