What do you like best about the leadership team?
An Allstar team that is selfless and all working towards the goal of going public.
They are humble, approachable, and mostly try to do the right things.
They are very open and easy to talk to about issues and ideas.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All your good leaders have left. Hire better advisors and leads. Listen to the negative feedback instead of retaliating against those trying to be honest.
The leadership team needs to stop sacrificing longterm stability for short-term gains. Dedicate some resources to refinement of the core product.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits are good for a company of this size.
Health insurance is top notch.
Medical insurance options were good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is under market value

There are nice people on the team
All highly driven and constantly learning new ways to drive the business.
The people is what makes it great.

The middle management needs an overhaul.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything being a short-term sprint is exhausting and it can be frustrating to feel like the thing you worked hard on is no longer a priority.
