What is the best part about your compensation package?
the company understand what is the exactly goal!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because there a lot of issues with ERP system that are left to be solved by employees instead of key power user. It would make me feel better about my compensation if we did not have to deal with any of these issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
commitment; respect, experience exchange, long term relationship
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
working as a team rather than working separately and pinning issues on other team members
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
a lot of employees that have been working at the company for 15+ years that have strong relationships
friendly environment with respect working as a team

When i can go a day without having issues with the ERP system
my future perspectives about my development and my contribution for the Company with my team to reach the targets
