When i can go a day without having issues with the ERP system
more personal questions rather than testing knowledge about position that you are interviewing for
working as a team rather than working separately and pinning issues on other team members
a lot of employees that have been working at the company for 15+ years that have strong relationships
I feel undervalued because there a lot of issues with ERP system that are left to be solved by employees instead of key power user. It would make me feel better about my compensation if we did not have to deal with any of these issues.
