Compensation Reviews

Many employees are expected to perform multiple duties without additional compensation.

Raises are 2% on average. Best performers only get 3%. No career advancement. Not compensated for managing a department. Bonus program and stocks are awarded here and there. No structure.

current employees are penalized pay wise due to pay practices from previous management and due to internal rules around % of increases experienced employees with tenure are not even at the market rate which leaves them vulnerable to be recruited away.
