This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. They train for quality to be the outcome and give you the required tools to achieve it. They are flexible with family life and are supportive. The goal of the company is clear and the management does an excellent job. People love coming to work

Raises are 2% on average. Best performers only get 3%. No career advancement. Not compensated for managing a department. Bonus program and stocks are awarded here and there. No structure.

the culture is relaxed and friendly
with the new CEO and his consistent communication things are on the upswing, his messaging could be better. His focus is on shareholders and stock price but only a small percentage of employees get stock or can afford to participate in the ESPP so the focus on stock &shareholders is not motivating
Less micro management, understanding an individuals contributions and skills, effective communications, saying thank you and well done once and a while.
