What do you like best about the leadership team?
There was no leadership at FLIR. the only leadership was a formula on a sprradsheer.
JIm Cannos is a visionarie.
This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. They train for quality to be the outcome and give you the required tools to achieve it. They are flexible with family life and are supportive. The goal of the company is clear and the management does an excellent job. People love coming to work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people who work hard to make a difference despite the 3 month short sightedness of corporate and share holders
We work well together and succeed as a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture is relaxed and friendly
with the new CEO and his consistent communication things are on the upswing, his messaging could be better. His focus is on shareholders and stock price but only a small percentage of employees get stock or can afford to participate in the ESPP so the focus on stock &shareholders is not motivating
