There were specific things that were said during my interview process that lead me to believe, i am being compensated at a rate not reflective of my abilities, but based on what the other supervisors make? I don't feel this is how it should be.

No one in this office should make less than 50,000.00. My background and education should grant me 57,000.00 but I am not even in the 50,000.00 salary. My position takes time, a lot of mental anguish, and can affect health concerns.
