We have a pension available to us, very rare nowadays.

Communication is frequent and comes from multiple sources (email, intranet, team meetings).

The progress we are making at improving processes department wide and even within my position.

We have fun while getting work done. I work with a lot of no nonsense ladies which I LOVE!

We can make mistakes without being berated for them. They are treated as learning opportunities to learn and grow from.
