Often times I do feel overworked and underpaid. I have to put in more hours than what is necessary because we are always understaffed for the amount of work that we have.

I feel that there should be more tools that we should have access to so that we can be more productive in our roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the company tries to underpay and I feel that they try to use their reputation to present their value to people by always pushing their benefits and offering people less money than they currently make. They want a certain level of work for low wages.
