What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone respect one another and Flowserve was big on "assuming the best of each other" encouraging employees to collaborate positively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Outpatient Medical coverage that covers all my children and spouse, Employee Assistance Program, Annual Incentive Program (AIP - Bonuses paid to employees), Yearly Christmas Gifts, Monthly recreational activities lined up by the local Recreation committees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the most diverse culture in my team, and most important is we respect one another. Flowserve provides excelllent environment for employees to work on, and I believe employee attrition rate is low, [at least for my local site].
