As an employee who joined when I was 7 months pregnant, I was very impressed with the understanding from my leaders and how they encouraged me to take the time off I needed. This was a great introduction to the company. My manager also allows me with autonomy which indicates he trusts me.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
a competitive base salary, which is important in years where bonus potential might be limited. I also joined the company when i was 7 months pregnant and was eligible for all maternity/disability benefits even after being with the company for a short time.
