Overall my experience at Flowserve has been positive because of the people here. Everyone on my team and others I have met are nice and helpful. The negatives of my time here have been related to poor performance of the plant and lack of leadership to improve this (up until recently).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helpful and understanding that there is a large learning curve in this industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is more than willing to assist and help whenever needed. I never feel uncomfortable asking a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not have an extensive relationship with the leadership team yet but in my few interactions they have been kind, caring and considerate as people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe that we have the right people at Flowserve Raleigh but being here for less than a year it seems to be a serious concern to everyone about our backlog and inability to deliver on time. It almost feels like new employees are walking into a burning building.
