I started as fresher Manufacturing Engineer at FLowserve. I am already working on projests along with Sr. Engineer. I am learning new things everyday and increasing my skill set.

No matter what position you are at , your thoughts/suggestions gets listened and considered
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together, discuss on various topics, new technologies, improvement needed on some parts etc. Overall its friendly environment, much less stress at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team gives you direction about task to perform and at same time gives you fee hand to come up with plan to accomplish it. I have freedom to take decisions on task I am performing as well as provides appropriate support needed
