I have always had a great experience at my job. There are frustrating times but all in all it is a great place to work compare to other places I have work at.

Collaboration, teamwork and accountability. Working towards completing projects in a timely and economical fashion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clearer goals and responsibilities and an evaluation of current responsibilities and compensation to match those responsibilities and goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are super supportive, always available to help in any way even though we are all tasked with many things.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference and helping achieve the goals set forth. I also enjoy interacting with my colleagues - super great individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even is willing to put in the work and come together to achieve goals but with so many open positions and so many new people we really need a training group for all depts to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working for the entire plants takes a village but I feel that I am undervalued when it comes to my salary as I where many different hats and complete tasks for several different depts with the plant.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication and lack of transparency when it comes to our current situation as a plant and what we need to do to correct this ship so to speak. They are also very approachable to discuss any item you would like to discuss.
