So far, it seems to be a solid company with a fairly clear goal. I'm just not sure about the whole "Energy Transition" push yet.

We act like adults. I haven't observed any petty bickering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401(k) match, pension. in spite of lower of mid-range pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy getting new challenges. My work is beginning to make a broader impact over the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home. That is a major positive for me. Plus, I haven't seen any departmental politics.
