I am fairly new to Flowserve, but I have had nothing but a great experience so far. Management cares and wants to help you, but is hands off enough that you feel capable of making your own decisions. The team I am apart of is always there to help and has excellent communication with each other.

They are there to help when needed but also trust and allow you to make decisions on your own.

The team I am a part of works so well together. They all have excellent communication skills and go out of their way to help you when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I have started, there has been a number of team events inside and outside the work place that has been great in terms of getting to know everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay compensation is great! I also enjoy the flexibility to work in the office and at home on certain days. Very generous amount of PTO right from the start.
What makes you most happy at work?
One of my favorite things about working for my current supervisor is that she trusts her employees. She is always there to help but trusts us to make our own decisions.
