Trying to make a change. We have a lot of issues (supply chain, capacity). I like to work on helping resolve these issues.

How transparent they are. They treat me like a person, not a number. And they are willing to help whenever I have questions or concerns.

We all work well as a team. As a new employee I have many questions. The team is willing to take time out of their busy schedule to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to work as a team. No matter the department or position they are in. Everyone is very friendly and has accepted me in to the Flowserve family.
