After working in an investment casting facility for 17 years, Flowserve was a bit of a culture shock. I would feel better if we didnt consume so much time fixing the same mistakes that have been never been solved to root cause. There seems to be a lack of accountability here.

The best things about my team are that we are a small group that work together and independently toward the same goal. Communication is clear and we are always aware of the results of our actions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This location has a lot of determined, knowledgeable and hard working employees. We are constantly reminded about the shortfalls of meeting monthly quotas, yet the will power to push through and overcome given a vast assortment of obstacles is very apparent.
