Overall I have had a fairly positive experience at Flowserve. I have had one manager that I did not get along with and they made it clear they weren't a fan of me either. However in my new role the environment is completely different and this team and I get along very well together, which I love.

Doing hands on training makes me the most excited and happy while I am at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would just be nice to make a little bit more than the average for this role at a different company
