Its fine, things move much slower here and the IT dept is very poorly managed but I can get my work done.

So far there has been good communication.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a very nice office.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its the nature of this work, its not going to be well received regardless so there's not much that can be done to improve that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People are very silo'd, they only focus on their immediate responsibilities. There isn't a sense of teamwork, most people I interact with won't step outside their daily role for the betterment of the whole company as it won't effect them. First place I have worked that was like this.
