I have been here for nearly 3 months, and I have to admit I am still happy to come in to work, I do not dread coming in, I dont have that person that irritates me every day because we all work hard. It is a great place thus far

The family atmosphere and it is very abundantly clear we are all on the same page trying to achieve what is best for the company
What makes you most happy at work?
To have a manageable workload but never without work. I always have enough work to keep me busy and productive but at the same time not swamped to the point I cannot finish all tasks on hand on a daily basis
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fantastic, we all get along and we work extremely well together. The purchasing team is the best team I have been part of in my 35 year career. I can rely on them for anything I may need help with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide clear goals, ways to achieve those goals but allow me the freedom to do my job without being over my shoulder so it is nice to be trusted to do my job. When a problem arose, instead of being critical, they helped find ways to overcome the challenge and offered insight and tools to help
