Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise commensurate with my experience and the amount of duties I perform. I expected to assist with the compliance process not perform the complete compliance process independently.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworker is not very knowledgeable about sales tax. She has been performing duties without knowing the what and why she is doing them. Those duties were transferred to me and she trained me.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The team I’m own seems to be more interested in protecting each other than doing the right thing for the company. They take suggestions as insinuations that they are doing something wrong and then spend an large amount of time trying

I love what I do. I spent many years and countless sleepless nights honing my skills. Spending my life doing it while making money is like being on vacation everyday. I don’t like the fact that I am constantly trying to be setup because I tried to do the rig
