What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the diversity of the people at flowserve is my favorite part I feel like im working with my own uncles
What are some of the best things about your team?
Never turning down every question I have. The only issue I know of is an instance of a coworker being rude to another coworker who is much newer to the company than I am
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There should be more focus on getting parts right the first time. One issue im having with being cross-trained is that half the parts we're about to work on are already wrong before we even get started
