Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With inflation at a all time high, our pay has no sign of raising to combat this, causing each employees purchasing power to drop drastically. Even without inflation, i feel the pay for our skill set, and responsibility we hold, is very undervalued.
