Small community that creates high levels of investment in the site's success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This site is in a small town, everyone is invested in the site's success because it is key to the town's success. Interesting dynamic after my last position with a large company that cared only about share prices and cost reductions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The on boarding process seems broken, not through any one individual or department's function. It is more of a large loss of knowledge in a short time that was never collected and institutionalized. recreating that will be challenging, avoiding the mistake with a reduced headcount, not good.
