From my very first day, I knew that questions were encouraged. I never felt left to figure things out. This is super important when starting a new role at a new work place. My manager has bi-weekly one on ones to touch base which is great.

You have a choice for what health care packages you choose. I also like the fact that you can earn a bonus, for doing your job well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engagement between coworkers, whether they are directly on your team or not. The collaboration of minds is positive. I feel as if my contribution makes a difference and I feel appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that it feels like a team environment. Each player brings their own skill. And we all get credit for doing so. We have fun together, while getting tasks completed.
