I enjoy helping people to solve problems, restoring faith in the Safety observation system is rewarding.

I hope that the AIP is distributed on my true performance as I am very motivated to effect actual and meaningful change at my workplace
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a moral issue that I see and do not quite understand how long it has been this way. I try very hard to demonstrate a positive attitude with change in my daily plan
