What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is best company I have ever worked for. If we need something to do our job, they get it for us. The company really puts in the effort to make sure we are comfortable, safe, and well equipped.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Though I have only been with Flowserve for a few months, my experiences with the leadership team have been very positive. Everyone is willing to help, and I have never felt like I'm just on my own. The culture here is very focused on people and team work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get up every day excited to go to work because each day presents a new set of challenges. My manager allows me the space and trust to make decisions, and this is very fulfilling to me. You will definitely grow your career to maturity with this company.
