I like to AIP potential. It does help to drive performance in certain areas.

Everyone is very helpful and wants to improve. I haven't met 1 person who has been defensive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The different challenges. Being new to the job every day is a learning experience. I want to learn as much as I can about all of the systems and processes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They readily accept inputs and are easy to talk with. There are specific areas of expertise that I have which is why I was hired and they will eagerly listen to my ideas in these areas.
