I feel like from the interview they made it seem really different then how it actually is. I somtimes feel overwhelmed becuse i dont believe training prepared me for actual task , i also feel like they expect us to think outside the box but sometimes we dont even know what the box is

They are very open to helping sometimes, they seem to be interested in other interest that we have . make work fun at times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone at the company is from a well know school (A&M) - just because i am not , i feel like they treat me like i am less compitente. Recently there has been a new hire that is from their same school and i can tell we are treated differently. Getting market adjustments based on experience.
