I have been working at Flowserve for just under 2 months and my experience has been great. My leadership team has provided me with all of the training and resources to be successful at my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was provided a relocation bonus upon employment. This helped me a lot due to the fact I was moving across the country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I was first hired, it seemed like they were very organized in providing me with all required trainings and procedures. Everything was already planned and on-boarding went smoothly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with staff to identify and find solutions to problems that present themselves. I like that not everyday is the same. Everyday there is usually something new going on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work culture/environment at Flowserve is one of the best I have experienced over the past few jobs. In my region, everyone at the QRC was very welcoming when I started and I have gotten to know almost everyone working there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we are all fairly close in age and can find a lot in common with one another. All of my coworkers also share the same common goals and push each other to accomplish those goals.
