What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is good, for my years of experience, bonus is solid, and I office from home. Overall I was able to negotiate compensation I am very pleased with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If by leadership, you mean my immediate supervisor, he is great at leading a team forward by developing the talent around him and not just making sure they can do the task at hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I office from home, but the usage of Microsoft teams allows for a collaborative environment, without the potential distraction of being in the office, near others who may or may not have things to keep them busy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a small team of very intelligent people who are willing to work together for the good of the team. Nobody is in it for themselves and we seem to understand that if the team does well, we all do well.
