The experience at this facility has been positive. The company lacks in training new employees. It lacks a responsive and easy to work with Information Technology (IT) department. Procedures for requesting IT issues takes long times, is not clear how & where to request it and leads to frustration

This is the most cooperative facility I have worked for in my career. Employees actively try to help you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give plant management the opportunity to succeed but have been active in addressing problems with sites that are struggling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are very accepting and cooperative. They help with answering questions and work together to make the company successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when challenged to make things run better. More work out the door, better teamwork, moving obstacles to getting things done and developing talent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company's compensation favors engineering and likely sales. It does not equally compensate based on the number of employees managed. As an example, engineering supervisors of 4-6 are paid higher than shop supervisors who manage 20-30 people. The same holds true for the level above these sup
