What are some of the best things about your team?
Very willing to teach and learn from an intern. They are willing to see how my coding skills can benefit their current projects. It makes me feel valuable to the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm an intern. As such, I do not receive the compensation package. I hope by the time the New Year runs around, I will be eligible for the insurance benefit as I will be 26 and off my parent's insurance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Generally I'm okay with going, but while taking 15.5 credits, I see within the coming semester late nights of homework. This means 4-6 hours of sleep throughout the week. This morning it was hard to come to work to say the least.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know much about the CEO and executive team, but I do enjoy the internal blog posts they send out, though I rarely have time to read them. My manager I greatly appreciate! Ammon Hord asks how I'm doing constantly, he's willing to try new ideas, and has been patient and accommodating.
