What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is competitive, the insurance is affordable, and the work life balance is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication. Our team communicates on a regular basis and when we have a question or concern it gets addressed in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
The hybrid schedule. Working and training in Microsoft Teams has been fantastic. I love to take notes and it gives me the chance to take notes and screenshots while reviewing things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Someone is always willing to jump in and assist when I need something. During training that is extremely important. They are all very supportive of one another which makes the team much more successful as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager has daily meetings where we review things as a team and address our individual questions as well. A lot of great feedback during those and our leadership team follows through on issues! They seem to genuinely care about our success as individuals, a team and the success of FlowServe.
