The people have made it a great place to work so far, and I enjoy coming to work, though Flowserve is decades behind on engineering controls, procedures, and technology compared to my previous work experience, and I am very over qualified for the work I do which is sometimes discouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people have been welcoming for the most part, which is appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be open to feedback and listen to employees, and act on that given feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have learned a lot from them already and I have an appreciation for them helping me get started here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people have made it a better place to work. Even if I am overqualified for the work I do and don't feel like it challenges me at all, I genuinely enjoy the people I work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and bonuses are greater than my previous job. During the interview proces though, multiple I was told I would be allowed a relocation package, and then never heard anything else. After accepting the offer I found out it didn't include relocation and I could no longer negotiate it.
