What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coming from a small group of individuals, it is paramount, that everyone works together. We achieve that through mutual respect, born out of a heightened expectation, that we all share in. This chemistry captures a collective collaboration to form one unit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frankly, I don't know anyone from our leadership team. I can only speak on my present leaders. We have a great team at the Broomfield facility - all working with shared goals and a strong commitment towards the advancement of those goals.
