I enjoy working for Flowserve. This is my second time working for the company. If there was a position open for me when I relocated I would have been with Flowserve over 10 years. I really believe Flowserve is a great company to work for.

My team is very diverse and helpful. Being new having a helpful team was very important. I never feel scared to ask a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the monthly message from the CEO. Sometimes you get stuck in your day to day job functions and I forgot you are working for a bigger goal. Rowe's messages provide a reminder of that goal.
